What You’ll Do

- Assist customers with parts identification, orders, pricing, and support

- Manage inventory: receiving, organizing, tracking, and reordering

- Process returns, warranty claims, reports, and support daily shop operations

What You Bring

- High School Diploma + 2 years of related experience

- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

- Computer proficiency, accurate data entry, and basic math skills

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs

- Frequent movement throughout the shop

- Occasional use of ladders, tools, or equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
