Welder and Fabricator Experience/ Education Requirements:

- Experience in MIG welding 2G and 4G.

- Must have all own welding gear; gloves, sleeves, steel toe boots, hood.

- Good ability to read blue prints, be able to read a tape measure.

- Pass welding test prior to starting.

- Pass a drug screening prior to starting.

Duties / Responsibilities:

- Dependability- show up on time.

- Ability to effectively and efficiently lay down welds in their specified department.

- Responsible for setting up their own machines.

- Duty to report noncompliance observed

- Completing projects in a timely manner

- Making sure everything is done under the safety obligations that are asked and told of them.
