Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Repair Technician to join our team and support the service and repair of electro-mechanical medical devices, primarily infusion pumps. This role involves troubleshooting, root cause analysis, device refurbishment, complaint investigations (PCI), and accurate documentation using Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair electronic/mechanical medical devices down to the component level

- Perform root cause analysis and complaint investigations (PCI)

- Conduct testing using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering tools

- Collaborate with QA and Engineering to improve yield and resolve non-conformities

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and analysis

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required; A.S. in a technical field preferred

- 1–3 years of experience in electronics, device repair, or medical equipment service

- Proficiency in troubleshooting, soldering, and using diagnostic equipment

- Familiarity with cGMP and Quality System Regulations preferred

Bonus Experience (Preferred but not required):

- Repairing gaming consoles, small appliances, PCBs, or similar electronics

- DIY electronics or personal repair projects

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

- Manual dexterity and attention to detail required

Work Environment: Service repair hub with occasional travel (less than 25%)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.85 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
