Overview: The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, mentor and supervise a team of accountants, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data. Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business. - 5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

- Experience in financial statements and reporting.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, and templates.

- Experience with month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.

- Demonstrated knowledge of internal controls and ability to identify and implement improvements.

- Strong analytical skills for variance analysis and financial reporting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

- A strong record of ethics and integrity in financial management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role within a mid-sized to large company.
