Position Overview:

The purpose of the Vice President, Operations is to drive area sales and profit growth, and effectively manage to budget for their region through successful leadership, organizational plans, client service, and outstanding execution of all field operations strategies in both a safe working environment and in compliance with company/client quality standards, policies, procedures, and expectations. This position will be focus on growth in the Southeastern region.

The main duties include:

- Develop, lead and execute regional operational growth plans for the Southeastern through service line, client, and market expansion meeting profitability and growth expectations.

- Manage the business by effectively using sales reports, departmental / service line / location profit and loss statements, monthly financials; developing specific actions directly related to business results and growth in conjunction with local operational leaders.

- Manage workforce to optimally fulfill customer needs and ensure profitability in regards to hiring, promotion, reduction, etc.

- Actively work with the leadership team at Aegeus Group and ownership group on key initiatives to grow and improve the profitability of the Southeastern Region.

- Manage and ensure operational requirements including resources needed, training required, and client expectations are being executed within each of the offices; define and establish operational priorities; and achieve financial objectives for the region.

- Ensure operational excellence for the region by measuring key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, growth strategy achievement, and service delivery expectations.

- Ensure quality assurance operational objectives are being met in compliance with Corporate policies and procedures; working with the various Operational Support Departments such as Quality and Radiation Safety to measure performance.

- Ensure operational safety performance, objectives, and goals are being met in compliance with corporate policies and procedures; working with the HSE Manager to ensure field audits are being completed and non-compliances corrected.

Education and Work Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in a supervisory / management role - 10+ years of experience in a management position with profit and loss responsibilities. - 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas service industry specifically relating to NDT and Advanced Services.

- A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and key field operations metrics, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development history

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
