Quality Requirements: Must learn and follow all quality requirements in accordance with API policy standards. Must follow all verbal instructions conveyed by the Department Manager/Foreman regarding policy standards.
General Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, above average communication and organizational skills. Above all must be a team player with high level of dedication. Piping and tester assembly, basic botting and tore experience.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk up to 90% of the workday; occasional bending, squatting, ascending ladders/stairways, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds. Ability to assess weights and judge distance and heights is necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Follow all safety policies, wear required PPE, and report incidents immediately; exercise stop-work authority when safety is at risk.
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; track issuance and returns with proper documentation.
- Conduct regular stock checks, order replacements as needed, and coordinate with supervisors on tool requirements.
- Inspect, clean, and perform minor repairs on tools; arrange professional repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Ensure tools meet safety standards and are properly calibrated when applicable.
- Organize and label tools for easy access; maintain a clean and safe tool room environment.
- Maintain accurate records of tool usage, inventory levels, and maintenance; generate reports as needed.
- Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized tool use or loss; investigate missing tools.
- Assist employees with tool selection, answer inquiries, and ensure timely availability for scheduled tasks.
- Collaborate with maintenance, purchasing, and project teams to support operational needs.
