We are seeking a
Supply Chain Analystto play a critical role in strengthening our supply chain through data-driven insights, process optimization, and strategic analysis across procurement, production, and logistics. This role partners closely with internal teams and suppliers to improve visibility, reduce costs, and support informed decision-making that directly impacts business performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Job Purpose
- To enhance the efficiency, visibility, and effectiveness of the company’s supply chain
- operations through data-driven analysis and strategic insight. The Supply Chain Analyst is
- responsible for collecting, interpreting, and visualizing key performance data to identify
- opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, reduce costs, and support informed
- decision-making across procurement, production, and logistics functions.
- Interpreting and classifying complex purchasing and supply chain data to understand the company’s historic and current services, specifications, and costs
- Refining data management systems and reporting processes to deliver accurate and quality insights for ongoing decision-making
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to inventory levels, sales forecasts, logistics, and supplier performance.
- Develop and maintain supply chain models and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose data-driven solutions
- Participate in the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams/projects- to develop capabilities in our suppliers.
- Generate Supplier mapping tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supply chain analyst or similar data-driven role, with demonstrated success supporting strategic and operational decision-making.- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). EPIRCOR preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- ARCGIS experience a plus
- Industry Knowledge Preferred, but not mandatory
- Proficient in Oil and Gas procurement with a high-level understanding of the O&G
