Magic Valley Electric Cooperative's Summer Program is designed to provide real work experience to students who are considering programs related to the Cooperative’s business (Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, etc.).
Step 1. Apply online at: www.magicvalley.coop/careers creating a profile.
1. A resume that summarizes your previous work and academic experience (be sure to include all colleges attended along with enrollment dates major and GPA, your scholarly accomplishments, and relevant extracurricular activities).
2. An essay, up to 500 words, describing your career interests & goals, and why/how you believe the MVEC Summer Internship Program will contribute to these.
Step 3. Must attach at least two (2) professional or academic reference letters.
Your essay, reference letters, resume, and completed online application form must be submitted online by Sunday, March 22 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Selected candidates will be invited for a first-round interview. MVEC will communicate final selections to all applicants by Friday, March 27, 2026.
