Job Summary
The Sr Staff, Talent Acquisition will manage full recruitment cycle. This position is responsible for interviewing and referring applicants all roles throughout the company. This position must possess considerable skills in interviewing, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of employment law and practices.
This role will also provide general HR support such as assistance with special projects and day to day HR responsibilities.
The Sr Staff, Talent Acquisition will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work two (2) days a week remotely, as business needs allow.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers on any recruitment efforts
- Process job requisitions in Success Factors recruitment system
- Design and update job descriptions, job openings on company careers site, internal site and job boards
- Act as a liaison with employment agencies
- Screen and Interview applicants, Schedule interviews for hiring teams
- Submit offers and new hire paperwork
- Coordinate pre-employment process for selected candidates and act as a consultant to hew hires to assist with preparing for day of hire
- Assist with new employee relocation if required
- Provide a weekly status of recruitment activity
- Provide candidates with benefits overview and understanding of total compensation package
- Assist with random drug screening program
- Invoice Processing
- Assist with special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field
- Minimum 19 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment and human resources experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ATS software (SuccessFactors)
The individual is required to follow all applicable safety precautions. Work is performed almost entirely in a controlled (i.e., inside) environment and does not typically subject the incumbent to any hazardous/extreme elements; some positions may require regularly moving or transporting items weighing up to 25 lbs. around the office for various needs. The successful candidate must be able to complete all essential physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Oil and gas industry experience strongly preferred
- Extremely organized to effectively manage multiple job openings
- Excellent customer service skills and presence to effectively build relationships
