Earth Smart Solar is a residential solar company serving homeowners across Central Texas. We’re focused on helping families lower energy costs and move toward clean, reliable power. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our field team as Solar Installation Technicians.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in the solar industry. No prior solar experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with the installation of residential solar panels and related equipment

- Work alongside experienced technicians to complete projects safely and efficiently

- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials at job sites

- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

- Travel to residential job sites throughout Central Texas

- Maintain a clean and professional work environment

What We’re Looking For

- No prior solar or electrical experience required

- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks

- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

- Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule & Pay

- Hourly pay (based on experience)
