We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in our new Bojangles fast food restaurant coming to Orange, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining inventory control while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high culinary standards.
- Manage inventory control by tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food handling safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee attendance.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements.
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is essential, preferably in casual dining or hotel settings.
- Proven experience in supervising staff or serving as an assistant manager is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with catering services and coffee preparation is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and food handling practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
