**Assistant Manager - Highly Skilled**

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage, train, and coach Crew Members
* Direct and assign tasks to meet operational standards
* Ensure compliance with policies and practices
* Monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control
* Complete weekly inventory
* Assist in administrative duties
* Promote a customer service mentality
* Respond to guest requests promptly
