Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural signage projects. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure each project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is key in maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage signage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

- Coordinate internal resources including design, production, and installation teams.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and proactive communication.

- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, documentation, and reports.

- Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to identify challenges and opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with local codes, ADA regulations, and industry standards.

- Work with vendors and subcontractors to source materials, services, and installations.

- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies as needed.

- Lead project meetings and maintain ongoing documentation of project status.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3+ years of experience managing projects in a manufacturing, signage, construction, or architectural environment.

- Strong understanding of construction documents, architectural drawings, and project workflows.

- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
