Camin Cargo is a leading provider of inspection, testing, and certification services in the oil and gas industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Key Account Manager to join our team.
As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our commercial revenue and promoting the company’s services within the Inspection, Testing and Certification (TIC) industry. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, relationship building and contributing to continuous growth in revenue within the markets we currently operate. This position will work extensively with the Operations Teams throughout the Americas to ensure our revenue growth targets are achieved

- Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at current and prospective client organizations.
- Acts as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ needs and aligning with the individual Branches to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Strategy Development
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences to build awareness and network within the TIC industry
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Leadership, Marketing and Operations Teams to align business goals and strategy.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets
- Meet the number of customer-facing weekly targets assigned
- Attend and lead the organization of scheduled industry events
- Provide business context follow up summary notes, recapping customer facing interactions.
- Utilize CRM software capabilities
High level of sales acumen including but not limited to the ability to:
- Develop and effectively deliver revenue targets
- Apply prior experience and discovery processes to determine customer needs
- Provide valuable input on proposals needed to successfully balance customer needs with our profitability requirements
- Follow up and close out service delivery feedback between operations and customers
- Develop and manage relationships with customers
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-5+ years of sales experience- Proven track record of success in sales generating role, with demonstrated expertise in directly contributing to revenue growth
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and thrive in a result-driven, competitive environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies
# 8.0 Fitness for Duty – Physical Demands
- Frequent travel is required to meet with clients, visit project sites, and attend industry events. Travel may account for up to 40% of the role.
- Ability to visit operational and field locations, which may require physical activity such as walking, standing, or climbing in certain environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours to accommodate client schedules and international time zones.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, as some materials may need to be moved during events or presentations.
