Job Title Wet Plant Operator

Job Summary:

Wet Plant Operators play a part in four different job titles that will include; sand tester, front end loader operator, control room operator and utility operations.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

- Monitor and control plant operations, assure plant operation efficiency

- Complete daily logs for dust control, particulate monitors and pressure drop readings.

- Perform Quality Control and Quality Assurance

- Collect sand; sieve, size, and test for turbidity

- Housekeeping in the control room

- Change screens

- Perform light maintenance

- Complete janitorial tasks

- Communicate with truck drivers over CB radio

- Load sand into a feed hopper, load reject sand into trucks

- Inspect front end loader

- Other duties as assigned

- Education and Experience:

- Knowledge and compliance of MSHA rules and regulations.

- Ability to work as team player and take direction

- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods of time, and occasionally work at heights greater than 3 feet.

- HS diploma or equivalent.

- Repetitively standing, walking, bending, stretching, reaching over shoulder height, frequent lifting heavy equipment

- Climb ladders up to 25 feet

- Dynamic, fast-paced, demanding environment

- Walk on uneven terrain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
