About This Job

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Salt Water Disposal Operator to join our team in South Texas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of our Disposal Systems. This position requires a strong understanding of pumps including centrifugal, H-Pumps and PD Pumps, mechanical systems, automation systems and safety protocols to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities

•

Ensure drivers are completing ticket information thoroughly

•

Complete shift paperwork showing, total loads and volume received, maintenance work performed, etc.

•

Monitor production levels and perform routine inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

•

Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment including; generators, pumps, valves, etc.

•

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.

•

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on-site.

Skills

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues effectively.

•

Experience in pump maintenance is a must

•

Basic understanding of automation & safety systems

•

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
