The Sales Rep. ensures achievement of organizational sales targets through direct product engagement. Maintenance of new and existing revenue streams ensuring account profitability, business plans, long-term objectives and customer satisfaction. Closely monitors developments within the accounts with a view to business development and/or to improve service levels.
- Communicate properly customer requirements to engineering, quality and production.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring accuracy to customer requests.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
- Answers telephone calls, conveys messages and monitors the flow of e-mail.
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate and coordinate deliveries with the Warehouse lead daily.
- Processing sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports.
- Follow customers complaints leading a multidisciplinary team
- Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering or Supply Chain
- 2 to 5 years of outside sales experience in industrial or manufacturing
- Use of CRM systems and familiarity with oil and gas market
- High level communication and negotiation skills are required
