This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Specialist located in Midland County, TX. The Safety Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety programs, conducting safety training, performing accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Daily tasks also include monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations, facilitating safety meetings, and developing emergency plans and procedures.

- Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health skills

- Experience in Safety Training and Accident Investigation

- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and on-site in Midland County, TX

- Relevant certifications, such as OSHA or NEBOSH, are a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or a related field
