Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry and understand the specific safety issues inherent to an industrial setting. Position requires a clean driving record and a valid Louisiana Driver's License. Strong computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
Is directly responsible for performing safety audits, and enforcing company policies. Evaluate and assess safety procedures and policies for the benefit of employees. Implement new material handling processes when applicable. Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees. Ensure compliance with all OSHA standards. Assist with injury and incident inquiries and evaluations.
