Job Duties

Responsibilities:

•

Under broad direction, supervises a repair and maintenance facility by organizing and coordinating activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole, electronic, and surface equipment for one or more product lines.

•

Ensures equipment is maintained according to global maintenance standards.

•

Mentors employees on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

•

Oversees training and development of technicians.

•

Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines and that safety procedures are followed during the repair process.

•

Orders and efficiently maintains an adequate inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely maintenance.

•

Promotes continuous improvement of shop processes.

•

Areas of specialization may include mechanical or electrical aptitude and performing major repairs & maintenance.

•

Assists in making evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipment based on maintenance history.

Requirements:

•

Requires an associate's degree, or equivalent, and a minimum of five years of experience, including as an equipment repair and maintenance technician.

•

Management experience is preferred.
