Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Pump Coordinator located in Midland, TX. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pump Coordinator to manage the scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of pump equipment and crews. This role ensures pumps are available, maintained, and deployed efficiently to meet customer demands while maintaining operational excellence and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of pumps, operators, and related equipment to customer sites.

- Track equipment availability, maintenance schedules, and job readiness.

- Serve as the main point of contact between field operations, maintenance, and customers for pump-related needs.

- Maintain accurate records of pump usage, hours, and performance.

- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.

- Monitor job progress, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and provide updates to management and customers.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Assist with inventory management of pump parts and consumables.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in oilfield operations, equipment coordination, or pump-related services preferred.

- Knowledge of pump systems is a plus.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure.

- Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, or dispatching software.

- High school diploma or equivalent (some college or technical training preferred).
