Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Manager to handle our personal properties as well as rental properties. The candidate will lead our facilities management team in maintaining the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our property. This pivotal role involves overseeing all maintenance operations, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring that all systems—from electrical to floor cleaning —operate seamlessly. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in residential maintenance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Handle the all property upkeep and maintiance needs of personal property including upgrade/repair of plumbing, electricial, cleaning, sanitation, lawn upkeep, and all aspects including Handyman work
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all property systems.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical wiring—including high voltage and low voltage systems—and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals.
- Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Conduct inspections of the property’s infrastructure, including fencing, roofing, plumbing, and electrical systems, identifying issues before they escalate.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and asset management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Find sub-contractor to hire to for specialized work
- Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Extensive knowledge of residential house management practices including HVAC systems, electrical systems (low voltage, smart home), mechanical systems, and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Hands-on experience with schematics reading, ohmmeters for electrical testing, and troubleshooting complex system failures.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Including overseeing work quality of sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
