About the Role:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the project team to achieve quality results in a cost-effective and timely manner. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners, both internal and external, to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and all partners, internal and external.
•Coordinate material delivery between the field and Purchasing Department to meet project schedule requirements.
•Assist and liaise with Operations for Outages and Outage planning activities.
•Ensure on-site supervision, coordination, control, and/or technical support of construction maintenance and repair operations, while protecting Company interests.
•Support the implementation and management of assigned projects.
•Identify and requisition external engineering support when needed.
•Ensure all applicable personnel are issued drawing revisions and are informed of any changes to the design.
•Quantify changed conditions and make recommendations on design changes if field conditions differ from those assumed in the design.
•Assume responsibility for the assembly of all required as-built information.
•Develop project schedules, identify milestones, and manage critical paths.
•Coordinate and participate in project-related meetings, drafting meeting minutes and agendas.
•Comply with Company Safety and Environment policies and procedures and support field inspection staff in managing Contractor safety and environmental performance.
•Review and track documentation, regulatory documents, and internal documents.
•Interface with and provide necessary assistance to the team preparing the final as-built drawings, pipe records, and permanent retention documentation.
•Upload and maintain documents in tracking databases in a timely manner.
•Maintain tracking tools, metrics, and calendars.
•Coordinate travel arrangements, when necessary.
Criteria & Qualifications:
•Associate's degree (or internationally recognized equivalent) can be substituted for adequate field experience.
•Construction and/or Field Engineering Experience.
•5-10 years of project-related support experience supporting liquid pipelines.
•Proficient in E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows applications.
•Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
Preferences:
•Experience with managing multiple projects at a time.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Top-tier communication skills.
•Knowledge in field construction and material handling.
•Pipeline Maintenance Coordinator exposure.
