Are you a driven sales professional looking to join a fast-growing fuel and lubricants supplier? Preferred Fueling Services is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and support existing accounts across multiple industries, including Construction, Industrial, Petrochemical & Refining, Transportation, and Oil & Gas.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying solutions, and selling high-quality fuel and lubricant products that keep our customers’ operations running.
- On- and Off-Road Diesel
- Gasoline (all grades)

- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts with exceptional service and regular follow-up.
- Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and product presentations to understand customer operations and recommend the right solutions.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
- Track sales activity, customer communication, and pipeline progress.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments.
- Proven B2B sales experience; fuel or lubricants sales experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of industrial sectors such as construction, refining, manufacturing, transportation, or oil & gas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn product specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
- Ability to travel frequently to industrial and outdoor environments.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally (product samples or materials).
- Ability to stand, walk, and conduct customer visits in varying weather conditions.
