Job Title: Outside Sales Representative / Field Sales Manager

Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (fixed base)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales professional to manage field sales activities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. This role requires meeting customers in person, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving assigned revenue targets.

Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers

- Present and sell company products/services in person

- Develop new business and generate leads in assigned territory

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Follow up on sales leads and close deals

- Track and report sales activities and performance

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
