NAL Drilling Services -ISC Fulfilment FPA Business Partner

As a NAL Drilling Services -ISC Fulfilment FPA Business Partner you will be responsible to drive strategic financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis across AMO operations. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking while partnering cross-functionally to improve profitability and asset utilization. Support financial reporting, process redesign, and digital tool rollouts (CFIN, AnaPlan).
As a NAL Drilling Services -ISC Fulfilment FPA Business Partner , you will be responsible for
- Responsible for managing the AMO business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts, QMI of the NAL Spokes & LAF ISC Hub
- Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the AMO organization in the NAL Spokes & LAF ISC Hub
- Analyze the performance and propose action plans to control the cost and improve profitability of the NAL Spokes & LAF ISC Hub
- Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
- Partner with ISC Fulfilment leader (NAL) & LAF ISC Hub Leader and collaborate with all stakeholders
- Lead the cost out initiatives for the various projects
- Responsible for all OFSRPT Loads for the area and Region PL consolidation and reporting
- Effective communication with other functional areas required resulting in Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
- Handles work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.
- Contributes towards taking important decisions with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications.
- Ability to communicate high-level concepts to senior leadership.
- Handles complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Employees are expected to develop new approaches. Knowledge management is important.
- Work closely with Region & PL HQ on Financial reporting.
- Work Closely with AMO/ AMG and Inventory and ensure efficiencies in asset utilization
- Collaborate with stakeholders for the roll out of CFIN & Ana Plan
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum of 5 years of Finance Function experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
