Join Our Team as a High-Level Lead Maintenance Technician!

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations across five properties within a 50-mile radius. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who thrives in a leadership position, excels in hands-on maintenance, and can manage a team effectively.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Supervise – Oversee and direct three maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.

Multi-Site Maintenance – Travel between five properties with two designated home properties.

️ HVAC & EPA Expertise – Must have an EPA certification and 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (including system replacements).

Plumbing Specialist – Skilled in repairs, troubleshooting, and installations to minimize vendor reliance.

Full Make-Ready Responsibilities – Perform painting, electrical work, unit turnovers, and cleaning to ensure apartments are move-in ready.

- ️ Independent Problem Solving – Handle the majority of maintenance tasks in-house to reduce outsourcing.

Property Upkeep – Maintain common areas, pools, and grounds to ensure compliance with company standards.

Documentation & Reporting – Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and property reports accurately.

What You Bring:

✔️ 5+ years in a Lead Maintenance Role with experience supervising 3+ team members. ✔️ EPA Certification & 3+ years of direct HVAC experience (including system change-outs).

✔️ Extensive plumbing expertise with troubleshooting and installation experience.

✔️ Proficiency in electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.

✔️ Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently with minimal vendor reliance.

✔️ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

✔️ Willingness to travel between properties (within 50 miles).

Compensation & Benefits:

$27-$30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties
