Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a team of landscape maintenance workers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.

· Oversee routine maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation.

· Ensure the health and aesthetic quality of outdoor spaces by implementing best practices in landscape maintenance.

· Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.

· Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

· Report progress and any issues to management, providing solutions as needed.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or

leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of lawn care, plant health, irrigation systems, and general maintenance

techniques.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, irrigation, and plant

health.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a

team.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in landscape maintenance operations.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical labor in various weather

conditions. · Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.

· Comfortable working outdoors in environments that may include heat, cold, rain, or

uneven terrain.
