Position Summary:

A Production welder is responsible for welding together all our products. 80% of all you do here at Seven Peaks Fence and Barn is welding. Occasionally, you will have to prep material, but for the most part, this position is a welding position. You will be loading material into a jig and will weld the product together. We have loaders who move all the products in and out for you. This position is responsible for keeping a clean work environment, working together as a team, and providing quality welds for our customers.

Job Roles:

- Weld, Weld, Weld.

- Prep material when needed.

- Finish all products.

- Provide quality welds.

Skills Needed:

- Welding skills are preferred but not required.

- We can train you how to weld from the ground up.

Education Needed:

- High School Diploma.

- We are looking for a team member who is anxious to learn and grow every single day.

Physical Requirements:

- Welding all day long. 7 plus hours.

- Lifting 50 LBS repeatedly throughout the day.

- Working in the heat.
