Description:
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist with recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
•Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
•Support onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
•Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
•Help coordinate and assist with employee benefits.
•Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and aid.
•Assist in processing employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
•Maintain HR filing systems, both digital and physical.
•Support HR initiatives, projects, and events as needed.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
•High level of confidentiality and discretion.
•Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, ideally in an HR setting.
•Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices is desirable.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
