**Innovex University – Engineering Rotational Program**

Houston, TX | 24 months | Full Time

Are you a
**recent engineering graduate**
passionate about how things work and eager to build real solutions? At Innovex, we invite you to kick-start your career through a unique program that combines hands-on experience, advanced technical training, and commercial exposure.

**What will you do?**

Over two years, you’ll rotate through
**four key areas**
:

* Assembly and testing – work directly in the shop assembling and testing equipment, gaining deep insight into how our tools are built and perform.
* Offshore operations on real platforms – join our teams on real offshore platforms to see how tools are deployed and perform in the field.
* Project coordination and order management – support live projects, learning how we manage timelines, resources, and client needs.
* Regional engineering – contribute to product improvements and innovation based on real field and customer insights.

Each rotation is designed to build technical, operational, and business skills, supported by experienced mentors and a clear development path.

**Who are we looking for?**

Recent graduates in Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum or related Engineering fields who:

* Are interested in the oil and gas industry and field operations.
* Are technically curious and hands-on.
* Want to learn from real field experience.

After completing the program, you’ll join Innovex’s Engineering team with a full understanding of our products and operations.

This is not a desk job from day one, it’s for those who want to learn by doing, from the ground up, and make a real impact.
