About the Role:

Red Elephant is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our high-performance team. You'll be hands-on in installing electrical signage, EV chargers, and other light electrical work that brings our clients' brands to life.

Our team designs, manufactures, and installs:

- Large-format graphics

- Interior & exterior signage

- Leasing and monument signs

- Electric building signs

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical signage, EV chargers, and minor electrical work

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to keep projects moving efficiently

- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations

- Maintain proper care of equipment and supplies while promoting continuous improvement

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships

- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

- Carry and maintain standard tools, equipment, and parts for efficient job completion

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Journeyman Electrician license (required)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety standards

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing independent tasks

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid driver's license required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
