We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Inside Sales Specialist to support our growing service business and online sales operations. This role will manage service inquiries, build and track quotes, and support day-to-day online store operations, including product updates, order review/release, shipping coordination, and basic performance reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working across CRM, eCommerce, and cross-functional service/logistics workflows. This role also requires basic warehouse/fulfillment experience to support accurate pick/pack/ship execution and improve order quality and shipping experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound service inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience and timely resolution of questions or issues.
- Prepare accurate and competitive service quotes, proposals, and documentation in line with approved templates, pricing guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain active engagement with prospects and customers by tracking quote status, follow-ups, and service pipeline activities in the CRM.
- Assist in supporting contract renewals, annual service planning, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Facilitate seamless coordination between Sales, Service Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure efficient internal handovers and follow-through on commitments.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer accounts, service history, site details, and interactions to support ongoing service excellence and data integrity.
- Oversee the order review and release process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while minimizing errors or delays.
- Address basic customer inquiries related to orders, returns, or exceptions, providing resolutions or routing issues to appropriate teams.
- Support pick/pack/ship for online orders and service-related parts shipments.- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, customer success, or service coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple quotes/orders simultaneously with clear prioritization.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting (Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Wind industry experience (wind OEM, ISP, tower access, service provider, or wind component supplier).
- Experience in B2B services, industrial equipment, or technical products.
- Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (service, warehouse, logistics).
