Caliber Metal is a leading supplier of metal roofing panels, trim, and structural steel in Central Texas. Our customers are builders and contractors who expect fast quotes, accurate orders, and real support. We’re looking for an Inside Sales Rep with construction knowledge, technical skills, and a customer-first mindset to help us scale.

What You’ll Do

- Assist walk-ins and inbound calls from contractors and builders

- Generate quotes and input sales orders for metal roofing, trim, accessories, and structural steel

- Use CAD or drawing software to assist with custom trim layout or roof takeoffs

- Interpret job specs and construction drawings for accurate order setup

- Coordinate closely with shop and logistics teams to meet deadlines

- Re-engage dormant accounts and support outside sales with quoting

- Provide material recommendations and basic tech support to contractors

Who You Are

- Construction or roofing experience strongly preferred (can be field, sales, or shop-based)

- Comfortable talking to builders, understanding material specs, and quoting accurately

- Computer-savvy – Quick learner on systems like QuickBooks, order entry platforms, etc.

- Experience with CAD software or layout tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a big plus

- Great communicator with solid follow-up and task tracking

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
