We are a global leader in hydraulic hose, fittings, and industrial components and are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Handle pricing and delivery inquiries and prepare formal quotes

- Process sales and service orders; verify accuracy before routing to production

- Enter sales orders and coordinate credit terms with accounting

- Assist customers with product selection and basic installation guidance

- Work with technical and production teams to resolve customer inquiries

- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training

Requirements:

- Experience with industrial or hydraulic hose or related components (plumbing, piping, fittings, adapters, etc.)

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to understand and communicate technical information

- Customer-focused with a sense of urgency

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
