As IT Manager
you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Pantheon Resources’ technology infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity framework. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can operate independently and manage a broad range of technical responsibilities with minimal oversight.
- Oversee, maintain, and optimize all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, endpoints, and cloud systems in supporting business strategy and digital transformation.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure environments to ensure secure and efficient collaboration across the organization.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to support business continuity, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of corporate systems, data, and networks through proactive monitoring and risk management.
- Administer end-user devices, including setup, patching, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
- Manage vendors and third-party service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective IT support and project delivery.
- Implement and oversee backup, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies.
- Support and integrate key business applications, including ERP and production-related systems.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
- Provide day-to-day support to users and frequent cybersecurity and compliance training to promote secure and effective use of technology resources.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT configurations, assets, procedures, and policies.
- Champion digital innovation, including AI, automation, and advanced analytics platforms to support business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible IT experience, ideally in small or mid-sized oil & gas company or service sector industry
- Strong technical knowledge in networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), system administration, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with ERP systems, data management tools, and IT service delivery in a multi-site organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies, threats, and regulations.
- Preferred:
Experience
leading cybersecurity, compliance, and EHS programs across IT and OT environments (e.g., SCADA, ISA/IEC 62443), with knowledge of SOX and SEC regulatory requirements, incident response, vulnerability management, and third-party security oversight.

supporting regulatory reporting, audit readiness, and secure hybrid infrastructure for distributed teams.
