HSSE Coordinator - USA

Reporting to: HSSE Manager - USA

Based in: Houston, TX

The selected professional will support the implementation and sustainability of the HSSE Program for the US Projects and Operations.

What will you do?

•

Contractor Safety: Participate in the pre-qualification assessment and ongoing monitoring activities

•

Training: Develop HSSE related training materials for delivery to field personnel

•

Coaching: Provide coaching to new employees on company HSSE requirements

•

Auditing: Manage the annual audit program and participate/lead HSE audits

•

Reporting: Lead the collation of weekly and monthly HSSE reports

•

Incident Management: Support field sites in the completion of incident investigations

What do we need?

•

5 years PQE with proven results in delivering HSSE Management System

•

Experience in industrial sites, preferable with construction safety experience

•

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.

•

Formal qualification/training in a health, safety or environmental discipline

•

Formal certification or ability to obtain certification within 2 years e.g. CSP, IIRSM
