Overview: Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Field Supervisor directly supervises, coordinates, and assists with the activities of the field service technicians. Works with operations and support groups to anticipate, manage, and provide field leadership for service issues and initiatives, including start-ups, installations, repair, and maintenance needs, and returns.
Reports any potential problems on the units concerning engineering, assembly and/or equipment failure to appropriate departments.
Perform routine inspections of units and ensure they are clean of oil and debris.
Non-Essential Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as engineering) or equivalent work experience.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
