Job Summary:

We are hiring a Shop Hand to support daily operations in our fabrication facility. This is a physically active, intermediate-level role with the opportunity to learn and grow into more advanced shop positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and prep bins and equipment for production or delivery

- Perform leak testing on tanks and barrels

- Assist with painting and touch-ups as directed

- Support welders and fabricators with prep work, fit-up, and simple welding tasks

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all shop safety rules, PPE requirements, and procedures

- Perform basic welding as needed (minor repairs, simple beads, tack welds)

Qualifications:

- Some welding experience required (able to run simple beads and tack pieces)

- Prior shop or labor experience preferred but not required - NEW

- Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop additional welding skills

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

- Basic hand and power tool knowledge

- Forklift experience is a bonus

- Welding experience is a bonus
