Key Responsibilities:
•Model Ownership: Build and maintain 2D/3D static geological models, integrating diverse subsurface data (core, logs, geophysics) to support volumetric estimates and resource assessment.
•Proactive Guidance: Translate subsurface insights into actionable recommendations, supporting well targeting, resource classification, and field planning.
•Multidisciplinary Integration: Work across geology, geophysics, geomechanics and reservoir disciplines to produce coherent and decision-ready models.
•Data Integration: Incorporate MT, gravity, magnetics, and petrophysical data into geologic frameworks.
•Uncertainty Awareness: Support uncertainty analysis to frame confidence in volumetrics and geologic interpretation.
•Communication & Delivery: Prepare high-quality maps, cross-sections, and reports that clearly communicate subsurface interpretations and support actionable decision-making for internal and external stakeholders.
•Growth & Contribution: Contribute to the evolution of geomodeling workflows and bring a continuous-improvement mindset.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geoscience, Geology, or related discipline
•5+ years of relevant experience in geomodeling, ideally in geothermal, oil & gas, or mining
•Proficient in geological modeling platforms.
•Solid understanding of structural geology and subsurface interpretation
•Experience with integrating MT, gravity, and magnetic datasets is a plus
•Comfortable interpreting well data, core and logs for model calibration
•Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
•Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
