This is a full-time hybrid role for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager located in Midland, TX, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety programs, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations. Additionally, the role involves performing accident investigations, preparing reports, and providing training sessions to ensure a safe work environment for all employees. Collaboration with all levels of the organization to maintain high EHS standards will be a critical responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations.
- Experience in Occupational Health management and conducting effective Accident Investigations.
- Ability to design and deliver Training programs focused on safety and compliance requirements.
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and risk management expertise.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in EHS or related areas (e.g., OSHA, CSP) are highly desirable.
