We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry / Clerical Assistant to join our team. This role is 100% remote, but applicants must reside in the United States and have access to a printer at home to complete certain clerical tasks.
You will play a key role in maintaining and organizing digital and paper-based data, supporting clerical functions, and ensuring that documentation is accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately input data from various sources into databases or spreadsheets
- Organize and maintain files, records, and digital documentation
- Print, scan, and mail documents as needed (must have a working printer)
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as email correspondence and filing
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
- Assist with data cleanup, quality control, and reporting
- Support other clerical duties as assigned by management
- Must be located in the United States (no international applicants)
- Must have a working home printer (scanner a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in data entry or clerical support is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
- Strong typing skills (at least 40 WPM) with high accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and home workstation
