Work Schedule

- Standard: Monday–Saturday, 7 AM – 7 PM

- Must be flexible to work nights if scheduled.

- Reliable transportation required (occasional travel between facilities).

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Control Room Operator Trainee to join our heat-treating team. In this role, you’ll learn to monitor and control production processes, operate equipment, and ensure product quality. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for advancement.

What You’ll Do

- Monitor furnaces, equipment, and process controls.

- Follow production schedules and adjust machine settings as needed.

- Inspect pipes for defects (marks, dents, gouges, etc.).

- Assist with maintenance, start-up, and shutdown procedures.

- Keep accurate records of production and test results.

- Communicate with team members and supervisors about issues or adjustments.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- 3+ years of heat treat experience in a pipe processing facility preferred.

- Knowledge of API 5CT / API 5DP and OCTG products a plus.

- Comfortable using hand tools and following safety procedures.

- Ability to work in hot, loud environments and handle physical tasks.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
