Job Title: Co-Console SME / Specialist

We are a leading Energy Company dedicated to advancing innovative solutions in the oil and gas sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Co-Console Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Specialist to join our completions teams on-site in downtown Houston.

This role is pivotal in supporting the build-out of future projects while ensuring the integrity and performance of existing ones through auditing, troubleshooting, programming, and system configuration.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Co-Console software or similar commissioning and completions management tools, with a focus on optimizing workflows in energy operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with completions teams to design, build, and implement future Co-Console projects, including defining milestones, work packages, forms, and mobile tasks for construction, commissioning, and handover phases.

- Conduct thorough audits of existing Co-Console projects to identify inefficiencies, compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and resource allocation.

- Troubleshoot system issues in real-time, diagnosing problems related to data logging, issue tracking, reporting, and integration to minimize disruptions in completions operations.

- Program and configure Co-Console systems, customizing workflows, scripts, and interfaces to meet project-specific needs, including integration with mobile devices for on-site execution.

- Provide technical support and training to team members on Co-Console functionalities, best practices, and updates to enhance user adoption and system efficiency.

- Generate and analyze reports on project progress, issues, and performance metrics using Co-Console’s centralized tools to support data-driven decision-making.

- Stay current with industry advancements in commissioning and completions software, recommending enhancements to align with evolving energy sector requirements.

- Ensure all activities comply with safety, regulatory, and company standards in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Required Qualifications

- 3-5+ years of experience as a Co-Console SME, Specialist, or in a similar role managing commissioning and completions software in the energy, oil, or gas industry.

- Demonstrated programming experience (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript, or proprietary scripting languages) for customizing software solutions.

- Proven expertise in system configuration, including setting up workflows, forms, milestones, and mobile integrations in tools like Co-Console.

- Strong knowledge of completions processes, including construction, commissioning, handover, and issue tracking in energy projects.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to audit systems and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects on-site.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in Co-Console, SAP, or other enterprise asset management/completions software.

- Experience with mobile application development, data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or integration with ERP systems.

- Background in oil and gas operations, particularly in Houston-based energy projects.

- Strong communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.

Pay: $91,240.37 - $120,000.00 per year
