We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

- Collaborate with production and distributors to streamline supply chain processes.

- Implement demand planning strategies to forecast inventory needs and optimize production planning.

- Monitor inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess.

- Analyze data related to supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency.

- Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying waste reduction opportunities within logistics processes.

- Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics and present findings to management.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

- Experience with demand planning, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and production planning.

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and inventory control techniques.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast needs based on market trends.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
