We are looking for a full-time Calibration & Repair Administrator in our corporate office in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is reported to the Calibration & Repair Manager.
- Provide direct customer support and develop positive, professional relationships.
- Coordinate with customers to manage quotes, funding, purchase orders, and credit card transactions.
- Receive, inventory, and record incoming equipment using the ERP system and associated calibration software.
- Collaborate with customers to determine how to proceed with instruments requiring additional evaluation or action.
- Track in-process inventory through completion, including reconciliation of associated funding.
- Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary parts, materials, and/or services.
- Schedule equipment calibrations and repairs, including obtaining quotes and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
- Manage repair parts inventory, including purchasing, updating software records, matching parts with associated repair orders, and reconciling transactions for payment.
- Assist in coordinating weekly departmental meetings, including consolidating information and presenting it in Microsoft Teams format.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

- Advanced Microsoft skills, specifically the ability to prepare reports, generate spreadsheets, charts, presentations, and other forms of correspondence
- Operate efficiently across multiple software platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service background
- Knowledge and understanding of the calibration field preferred, but not necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in an administrative support role
- Good driving record with the ability to drive a company vehicle
- Have or are willing to obtain First Aid/ AED/ CPR Cert.
- Be able to pass drug and background checks
