Configurator:

The configurator is responsible for evaluating customer measurements and accurately designing shower enclosures, mirrors, and other materials requiring cutting or modifications. Effective communication with customer service representatives is essential to ensure that the final product aligns with customer specifications, and the configurator must be adept at advising on any discrepancies that may arise.

Additionally, the configurator must be well-versed in standard deductions and cutouts based on the hardware utilized, as well as proficient in using Showers Online or any other relevant software. A key responsibility also includes tracing and digitizing templates; the configurator should

Order processor:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to manage order processing tasks, verify ticket accuracy, and handle customer payments efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth transaction flow and maintain a high standard of customer service and data integrity.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate configuration on all necessary orders.

- Submit a request for the necessary hardware and plastics.

- Identify when outsource hardware needs to be ordered.

- Provide renderings when requested by CSR.

- Send accurate glass orders & DXF files to the appropriate department.

- Assures GT is updated with the date when the configuration is complete.

- Lead configurator must assist with Shower Log, Brick Glass Configuration Manual and training.

- Manage their accounts promptly when quotes or orders are requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
