Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual Safety Advisor to champion safety initiatives across construction sites and operational environments. In this pivotal role, you will develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your proactive approach will foster a culture of safety, minimize risks, and promote occupational health for all team members. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on project success and worker well-being through strategic safety management.
- Measure, audit, and evaluate, the effectiveness of hazard control and safety programs through on-site Observations and Audits daily
- Coach, Train and Mentor worker on during on site Observations / Audits
- Promote a positive safety culture in the field with Foreman and Superintendents
- Assist operations with safety programs and site-specific safety requirements
- Implement, administer, and advise others on hazard control programs
- Communicate and work with the customer’s safety representation and ensure our compliance with the customer, local, state, and federal safety standards
- Responding to safety incidents in 24-hour, 7-day operation in assistance with the Safety Team.
- Perform on site incident investigations as well as assistance with post incident screenings.
- Training in various topics regarding safety and compliance
- Communicate regularly with Foreman and Superintendents on safety practices observed in the field.
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Technical writing skills
- Strong leadership skills and attributes

- Able to motivate, inspire, and coach others
- Passion for Safety and Leadership
- Self-Motivation
- Certifications from the BCSP and other accredited organizations are a plus

- Telecommunications
- Detailed incident Investigation
- HCSS experience
- Samsara
