Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Global Marine Power, LLC. This role is vital for supporting our operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the company’s General Manager.
The Assistant Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily activities and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities
•Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
•Support the training and development of staff to enhance their skills and performance.
•Oversee inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times of absence. Make executive decisions and provide accountability.
•Assist in employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
•Implement organizational strategies to improve workflow and operational effectiveness.
•Contribute to leadership efforts by motivating team members and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
•Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a retail or service environment.
•Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
•Excellent leadership abilities with experience in training and developing staff.
•Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
•Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Education and Training Requirements
A high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree, or post-secondary education is strongly preferred
