- Generate business leads and following up on sales opportunities
- Sales experience within Completions and Production market
- Proven track record of closing sales at all levels, field, city and executive
- Builds relationships with key decision makers at all levels
- Work closely with the team to develop new business
- Establish and develop new opportunities at all levels and manage project coordination and follow up
- Market analysis including opportunities and threats
- Attend weekly sales meeting
- Provide weekly sales report
- Daily/weekly use of TETRA’s CRM Platform (Customer Relationship Management)
- Proposal creation to invoice collection as needed
- Participates in sales shows, conferences and industry events to generate new business leads
- Troubleshoots problems regarding job performance and implements changes
- Other duties as assigned
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering preferred
- EXPERIENCE: 5 years’ experience in Water Treatment and Water Recycling
- TRAVEL: 80%
- OTHER:
- Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
